Chennai Campus - Degree Programmes
The degree programmes are carefully designed by experts of the Boards of Studies and Academic Council with a good mix of foundational, general, core, department & open elective courses. The choice based curriculum provides the students an opportunity to complete courses from related/multi-disciplinary streams.
UG Programmes
The SASTRA Chennai campus offers 4-Year Honours with an exit option at the end of the 3rd year. The following are the programmes to be offered from the academic year 2024-25:

Students have an option to graduate with the UG degree without honours option at the end of the three years if they meet the eligible credit requirments. The Honours option is an optional alternative that comprises internship, contemporary courses and practicum.

Campus Location
The campus is located at the heart of Chennai city at AVM Road, Vadapalani (behind AVM Theatre) and is strategically located close to the Vadapalani bus stand, Metro and all other student’s utility services.
Paid accommodation is available within a commutable radius for out-station students. The university shall provide necessary documentation support to enable students seeking paid accommodation outside.
