Duration of the Project	Initially for one year, and can be extended to 2 years
Fellowship	As per ICMR norms,Rs. 31,000/-pm. Otherwise, as per the norms of SASTRA Deemed University
Essential Qualification	First Class in Master's degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology. Preferably with GATE and NET, but not compulsory.
Project Description	Development of chemically modified lectins to kill pathogens
Desirable	Fundamental knowledge of Chemistry with the desire to learn new techniques
