Applications are invited from the candidates for the Junior Research Fellow position for the DRDO sponsored project to develop micro-bolometers.

Number of Posts: One

Duration: Three years

Fellowship: Rs. 16,000/- pm (first two years) / Rs. 18,000/- pm (third year).

Qualifications: M. Sc. Physics / Materials Science / Electronics; M. Tech. Materials Science / Nanoelectronics.

Desirable: Hands on experience in thin film preparation / characterization and/or micro-fabrication.
